Information on data processing

Progettosl Leicon di Serenella Saccon, as data controller for the website www.mapod4d.it, provides the following information pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).

Types of data

The data controller will process personal data as identified in art. 4 GDPR, when communicated by a data subject. Data from particular categories as described in art. 9 GDPR, such as ethnic origin, could be processed occasionally.

Purposes

Data processing is necessary in order to execute the data subject’s requests or to fulfill operations arising from existing contracts and obligations required by current legislation. The treatment is carried out pursuant to art. 6 a, b, e GDPR for the following purposes: a) to fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from relations in place or in becoming; b) comply with the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority; c) exercise the rights of the controller.

Method of treatment

Processing is carried out in paper and electronic format, applying suitable security measures.

Time

The Data Controller will process and keep personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the above described purposes and regulatory obligations.

Access to data

Those who work for the Data Controller or who contribute to the project, will have access to the data. Companies and persons appointed for the execution of specific treatments will have access as external processors.

Data communication

Pursuant to art. 6 b, c GDPR, the Data Controller may communicate data to subjects to whom the communication is mandatory by law for the execution of operations of management, accounting, compliance with the law. Data will not be disclosed.

Data storage

Personal data are stored in the European Union.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject is granted the rights as for art. 15 GDPR: i. obtain confirmation regarding whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form; ii. obtain the indication: a) of the origin of personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied in case electronic instruments are used; d) of the identification details of the owner, the operators and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, point 2 Privacy Code and art. 3 point 1, GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it; iii. obtain: a) updating, rectification or integration of data; b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including the content, of those to whom the data have been communicated, except in the case where such fulfillment is impossible or manifestly gravous in comparison to the protected right; iv. to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. Where applicable, the data subject also has the rights referred to in Articles 16-21 GDPR (of rectification, to oblivion, of limitation of treatment, to the portability of data, of opposition), as well as the right of complaint to the Guarantor Authority.
